Our typical engagement involves becoming your liaison to your CPA. Initially we get your Financial Accounting in good order and work with your staff (if any) on increasing their efficiencies. Beecher Consulting can come in and focus entirely on the project letting your staff continue to focus on their regular duties.

Once the Financial Accounting side of the business is in order we can, if desired, start working on the Managerial Accounting side of your business. We can analyze your historical data and help you make business decisions using forecasting tools.

Mary Beecher has over 30 years of experience in corporate accounting. The Beecher Consulting Group was created in an effort to assist small businesses with their accounting needs. Mary has experience in all areas of Accounting, from Staff Accountant to Controller to Vice President. The Beecher Consulting Group was started in 2001. Beecher Consulting was initially started at the recommendation of a few CPAs. These CPAs had worked with Mary for many years and saw the need to have someone with her abilities help their clients.

Tony Beecher has over 35 years of experience in Business Operations, Computer Consulting, Small Business Consulting, and Software Development. Tony has experience in software, networking, security, search engine optimization, retail operations, and domain name management. Tony also provides accounting services including; bookkeeping, and personal financial management.
